My passion for wellness started early, growing up with a love for swimming and dance. Over time, my passion for wellness grew as I added new skills, includong mindfulness, water anerobics and trampoline fitness. What began as hobbies, have become the core of my life’s work. I always knew I wanted a career built around the things I loved most, and today, that passion has grown into my purpose.
