
A 4 Week Virtual Experience
Full OUT! Dance Fitness is a high-energy dance fitness experience that blends movement, cardio, music, and self-expression into an uplifting and motivating workout. The class is designed to help participants move confidently, release stress, improve fitness, and enjoy the freedom of dance in a fun and welcoming environment.
No dance background is required. The focus is on movement, energy, expression, and showing up fully for yourself.
